8 Super-Effective Ways to Make Your Breasts Bigger

Whenever we talk about the feminine physique of a woman, the three body parts that stand out are the hips, the buttocks and of course, the breasts.

While some women are blessed with just the right size, some are not. Hence the reason many people want an “upgrade”.

In a society like ours, when you come out to publicly say you want bigger breasts, people naturally tag you as vain or shallow. That is why I want to begin by saying that there is nothing wrong with craving bigger breasts, especially if you are doing this for the right reasons and not just to please someone.

Getting bigger breasts might go a long way in increasing your confidence in your sexuality, especially if you have been mocked by friends for having a teeny-weeny set of breasts.

Before we go into ways to make your breasts bigger, first I want to answer this:

Why do I have small breasts?

To get the bigger breast size you desire, you must first understand why your breasts are small in the first place.

There are different factors that can make a woman have small breasts. It could be because of hormonal imbalance, genetics and sometimes, your medical history.

The most common reason however is genetics.

You can inherit your breast size from family members, whether immediate or extended.

As for hormonal imbalance, your breast can get smaller if you do not have enough estrogen and progesterone. Those are the two hormones that are in charge of breast growth.

More so, if your body naturally has a hyper-active metabolism, that is, it burns fat at faster rate than normal, then you are likely to have small breasts. This is because, your breasts are mainly made up of fat.

Now that we know what can make your breasts small, it is time to explore the different ways you can increase your breast size.

How can I make my breasts bigger?

There are different options to consider for increase in breast size. They include:

Change your diet.

What you eat can cause speedy changes in your breast size. Here are some diet tips that can help you get bigger breasts.

  1. Eat foods that will make you gain weight

This might seem weird, but it is very effective. You need to gain a few pounds to have a bigger breast. This is mostly applicable to thinner ladies.

Your breast is mainly made of fat, if you can add a little weight, then you increase the amount of fat in your breasts, which in turn naturally makes them bigger.

If you are considering this option, increase your calorie intake. Eat sugary goods and fatty foods or you could just basically eat more quantity of your normal diet to avoid eating unhealthily.

  1. Eat foods that can boost your estrogen levels

Estrogen is the hormone that is in charge of enhancing feminine qualities, including our breasts. Your body naturally produces estrogen, but small breasts could mean insufficient estrogen in your body.

So, you need to eat more of foods that contain estrogen.

Fruits like cherries and apples; vegetables like cucumbers and carrots; dairy products such as yoghurt or cheese; fenugreek seeds, rice, wheat, etc. can boost your estrogen levels.

Make some lifestyle changes

Apart from foods, there are some lifestyle changes you might have to make. They include:

  1. Put on a push-up or padded bra

This is definitely a temporary and artificial solution, but it is nevertheless a very quick fix.

A push-up bra makes your breasts look bigger than they actually are. However, make sure you do not buy a bra that is too heavily padded to avoid making it obvious that you are wearing one.

You should also get measured to know your exact bra size before getting one. (There are experts in lingerie stores.)

  1. Put on your exact bra size

Half the time, some of us wear the wrong bra size.

When you wear a bra that is smaller than your breast size, it makes your breasts look smaller and when you wear an oversized one, it is easy to spot that your breasts are actually smaller than the bra.

Make sure you know your cup size as well as the width of your band to avoid buying a bra that is too tight to go around your back.

  1. Always maintain an upright posture

When you bend your back while standing or walking, it affects your breasts. It makes them droop low. This is why you need to keep your spine straight, your shoulders up and your arms by your sides when standing or walking.

Not only does this give you a more confident look, it makes your breasts look bigger.

Begin exercising

There are some exercises that can improve the size of your breasts. They include:

  1. Push-ups

Push-ups are great for strengthening your pectoral muscles, which are located just below your chest. Properly exercising the pectorial muscles can make your breasts look more lifted and bigger.

When you start push-ups, try not to do too many at once. You can start out with just 10 push-ups to avoid straining your arms.

  1. Dumbbells lifting

This also strengthens your pectoral muscles. You might have to go to the gym to do this. What you need to do is:

  • Hold the dumbbells (about 7 to 12 pounds) with your hands facing downwards
  • Lift them above your head while making sure your hands are straight.
  • Then, slowly bring down your hands

Repeat about 10 times.

  1. Wall press

This is like push-up and it also strengthens your pectoral muscles, and in essence, improve the appearance of your breasts. It is basically like doing a push-up against a wall. What you need to do is:

  • Press your palms against a wall. Make sure you are standing two feet away and your arms are straight
  • Lean closer to the wall, till your elbows bend. Do not however, move your feet.
  • Straighten out your elbows using your biceps. Remember, your feet should not move.

Do this about 10 times as a beginner.

In conclusion…

While you do all these, you need to be very patient. These tips are not magical, but are very effective over time…so give them time to work.

Also, remember that you have to be very consistent to get results as fast as possible.

With a proper diet, good lifestyle habits and exercises, your breasts will get bigger in no time.

If you can’t have the patience to make your breasts grow gradually, then you can opt for a breast augmentation surgery (or breast implant surgery).
